A group of our agents will come to your home and work to help you establish a listing price.  We make use of the information exclusively available to real estate agents such as comparative market analysis and draw on our decades of market knowledge.  We also make suggestions regarding repairs, if needed, and will assist in finding the appropriate contractors to do repairs.
